Silent retreat

Naresha Hannelore Kessler : On the way to myself I constantly discovered deeper layers of my heart. Doors were opening up and I found clearness, silence, joy and constant happiness: " Love" my true being. I realized that there is no way, that everything is within myself and always has been. This love, this wideness gives me the power to trust my feelings and to recognize that everything is equal. In trusting this power I can give other people inputs and support them in finding their "SELF".

I do this in single-sessions, in seminars with bodywork, by talking, making aware of the inner pictures and in Satsang.

This is an invitation to be in your heart, to be in love and surrender to all and to be flowing in full awareness with life. Compassion and gratitude for life allowing to begin any day cheerfully und enjoying life full of joy. This is not something that has to be achieved or worked at. It is already here. It is your birthright to live your life joyfully.
If you view life with eyes of intolerance, arrogance or fear, it will be strenuous, loveless and joyless.
If you view life with eyes of love you will see the beauty everywhere and you will recognize there is God. Simply be open like a child and discover a totally new life and there will be love.

Naresha Hannelore Kessler : Auf dem Weg zu mir 'Selbst' entdeckte ich immer tiefere Schichten meines Herzens. Ich fand Klarheit, Stille, Freude und ein mich ständig begleitendes Glück, 'die Liebe', mein wahres Wesen.

Als ich 1996 Sri Poonjaji’s liebevoller Güte und Präsenz begegnete erkannte ich, daß es gar keinen Weg gibt, dass alles in mir ist. Hier endete jegliche Sehnsucht und Suche.

In tiefem Vertrauen, in tiefer Liebe geschieht immer größere Dankbarkeit, sowie Demut und Hingabe an das Leben.

Dies ist eine Einladung an dich, in deinem Herzen, in Liebe und Hingabe mit allem zu sein und in vollem Bewusstsein mit dem Leben zu fließen. Mitgefühl und Dankbarkeit dem Leben gegenüber lassen dich freudig den Tag beginnen und du kannst das Leben voller Freude genießen. Das ist nicht etwas, was du erwerben oder dir erar- beiten musst. Es ist bereits da. Es ist dein Geburtsrecht, in Freude das Leben zu leben. Wenn du mit den Augen der Intoleranz, der Arroganz oder der Angst schaust, wird das Leben anstrengend, lieblos und freudlos. Wenn du mit den Augen der Liebe schaust, siehst du die Schönheit in allem und du kannst erkennen, dass da Gott ist. Sei einfach offen wie ein Kind und entdecke das Leben neu und Liebe wird da sein. Da wo Liebe ist IST GOTT, da bist Du. In der Stille des Herzens ist das zu finden, wonach dein Herz sich sehnt.
